As the administrative head of the council, my aim is to provide
maximum service for the benefit of the people of the area by utilizing the physical and human
resources of the council in a planned
manner.
To promote the prosperity of the people through efficient development of public utilities in the area by improving environmental roads, health, water and sanitation for the well-being of the people living in the area through tax and external development assistance of the Panwila local council jurisdiction.
